    At Foragers we are busy getting the business ready for production including stocking polytunnels and establishing a cider orchard. Our first produce is expected spring/summer 2015. In the mean time we hope you enjoy reading our story and seeing some photos of our progress. We will be adding regular news updates to our BLOG and social networks.     Our vision
    is to create a small profitable farm that will also be a haven for wildlife.

    Foragers is a brand new family-run farm in the making. Situated on the western edge of Stirlingshire in Scotland, just two miles from the conservation village of Drymen, and six miles from Loch Lomond, we are artisan growers of culinary herbs, salad leaves, chillies and specialist tomatoes.

    A two acre cider-apple orchard has now been planted. Our first batch of blended craft cider, using nine varieties of cider apples from the orchard, will be available in 2018.

    With the farm situated on an old, long-established wildflower and grass meadow, biodiversity is very much at the heart of the enterprise. Our main focus is to provide a rich, foraging haven for the struggling wild bumblebee and other insects and creatures that have lost much of their natural habitats in recent decades. By helping them, they will help us grow quality products high in flavour.
