Chilli Flakes (unsmoked)

Whole fresh chillies are air dried then hand crushed.

20g minimum weight of chilli flakes contained in a neat, reusable glass spice storage preserving jar with rubber seal and metal lever arm to create an air tight seal. Store in a cool dark place.

This product has a long shelf life but flavour will diminish if not used within 6 months.

Simply sprinkle the dried chillies into stews, casseroles, soups, pizzas, egg and cheese dishes. Add a spicy zing to meat, fish and vegetable recipes. Chillies can also be added to sweet dishes, including chocolate and caramel based desserts. Please note our Palivec Chillies are mild to medium heat which varies over the growing season.
