Creamed Corn and Chilli Relish

Sweet with a gentle heat, and handmade with our own Palivec chillies which are propagated, grown and harvested here at the farm.

Smooth and creamy with fruity Palivec chillies grown in Stirlingshire, this handmade relish is perfect as a sandwich spread with cold meat, cheese and salad or stirred through pasta for an ultra-easy meal. Also a delicious snacking dip with tortillas, oatcakes, crackers and pita bread.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans
No artificial ingredients

Sweet corn (40%), Palivec Chillies (25%), onions, cider vinegar, water, unrefined cane sugar, garlic, sea salt
Top a freshly cooked burger with full-fat cream cheese spread, then place a dollop of Foragers Relish on top. Delicious!

Spice up and elevate your sandwiches by adding some Foragers Relish.

Boil a portion of your favourite pasta, drain and combine with some olive oil, salt and pepper, and Foragers Relish. You can also add chopped fresh or dried herbs too, such as basil, oregano, thyme, coriander, or Herbes de Provence. Top with grated parmesan or cheddar cheese.
