Fresh Ohnivec Chillies

This seasons fresh chillies are almost ready to harvest.
We expect they will be ready for picking late August.
Ohnivec was developed in the Czech Republic and translates as “Fire Boy”. He’s not quite as hot as he thinks he is but still packs a punch without overpowering your dishes. Approximate heat level medium-hot (no scoville rating available).

Use Ohnivec raw or cooked in omelettes, salads, pasta dishes, or chopped and sprinkled over any meal. salad or soup. Significantly hotter than his more gentil cousin Palivec (the Spicey one).
