This product has a long shelf life, but once opened please keep in the fridge and use within 6 weeks.

Boil a portion of your favourite pasta, drain and combine with some olive oil, salt and pepper, and Foragers Relish. You can also add chopped fresh or dried herbs too, such as basil, oregano, thyme, coriander, or Herbes de Provence. Top with grated parmesan or cheddar cheese.
