Sweet with a gentle heat, and handmade with our own Palivec chillies which are propagated, grown and harvested here at the farm.

A versatile fiesta of home-grown Palivec chillies combined with sweet garden peas, garlic, onions, cider vinegar and sea salt. Mild and tangy, this relish is perfect with cheese and crackers, or as an uplifting accompaniment with all sorts of cold cuts, chicken, burgers and sausages. Or simply stir through your favourite pasta for an ultra-easy meal.

This product has a long shelf life, but once opened please keep in the fridge and use within 6 weeks.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans

Ingredients:
Peas (40%), Palivec Chillies (20%), onions, cider vinegar, water, unrefined cane sugar, garlic, sea salt
Top a freshly cooked burger with full-fat cream cheese spread, then place a dollop of Foragers Crushed Pea and Chilli Relish on top. Delicious!

Spice up and elevate your sandwiches by adding some Foragers Crushed Pea and Chilli Relish.

Boil a portion of your favourite pasta, drain and combine with some olive oil, salt and pepper, and Foragers Crushed Pea and Chilli Relish. You can also add chopped fresh or dried herbs too, such as basil, oregano, thyme, coriander, or Herbes de Provence. Top with grated parmesan or cheddar cheese.
