Rosemary is a robust Mediterranean herb that can be added at the beginning of the cooking process. It pairs particularly well with chicken and lamb.
Add to any Mediterranean dish. Rosemary also adds an excellent flavour to burgers, meatballs and soups. It can also be used in sweet dishes, in particular chocolate, e.g. chocolate and rosemary ganache.
Fresh rosemary keeps for a long time after cutting.
2 tablespoon of chopped fresh Rosemary will flavour 500g of minced or diced meat.
Cut on the day of collection.
